We’re a little different from the average medical recruitment consultancy. Our approach was built on a clear understanding of the industry’s need for thorough, high‑quality recruitment that genuinely supports patient care and clinical outcomes.

Our Founder, Daniel Saddik, is a Consultant Radiologist with Monash Health and also works across several leading private radiology clinics throughout Australia.

Alongside his clinical expertise, Daniel plays a key role in medical recruitment, using his first-hand understanding of radiology practice to identify and attract high‑calibre specialists.

His dual perspective as both a practising radiologist and a recruitment professional allows him to recognise the qualities, skills, and values that make an exceptional clinician.

Daniel is passionate about strengthening Australia’s radiology workforce and ensuring hospitals and clinics have access to the right talent to deliver outstanding patient care.

Dr Con Tartaglia works closely with Dr Saddik to review and screen Doctor’s we work with, to ensure suitability for the roles we are recruiting for and also support Doctor’s in matching their style of work and culture to that of our clinics.
